ALPHA TURBO SORTER SYSTEM

Alpha Turbo Sorter System is an all-in-one sort depalletizer and re-sort palletizer. The manual sort depalletizer can divert containers into two or four lanes for easy inspection. Adjustable inspection lanes can tilt to allow containers to roll past the operator for quality verification. Our two-lane option has a mass bypass feature that allows containers skip the inspection lane and divert directly to the re-sort palletizer in mass. A cross conveyor transports containers to the semiautomatic re-sort palletizer for re-palletization after inspection. An operator initiated, motorized sweep then places each layer onto the load with manually placed tier sheets.
