Pressureless Single Filers utilize multistrand chain and
ArrowAdvance open top or ArrowSummit closed top conveyor, to gently move containers form mass flow into single lane.
- Move empty or full containers
- Eliminate back pressure during single filing. Multistrand chains use progressive acceleration to pull mass flow product apart.
- Select your preferred configuration. Pressureless Single Filers are typically comprised of mat top chain construction, but tabletop construction is also available.
- Achieve rates of 1600 CPM, depending on your system
configuration and product characteristics
