Single Star or Dual Star Can Stackers

Quickly and reliably stack one or two-piece cans with nested bottom​

Arrowhead offers two models of can stackers. Choose from single star for production lines with two input conveyor lines or select dual can for production
lines with up to five input lines​​

• Feed cans to the stacker with multiply conveyor lines. A single star can stacker builds a two-can output while the dual star can stacker is capable of two-can, three-can, four-can or five-can output.​
• Use the star wheel to secure and align cans for stacking process and regulate a constant flow of stacked cans to discharge conveyor​
• Achieve rates of 600 CPM on a single star model and 2000 CPM on the dual star model, depending on product characteristics and system configurations​
• Invest in a system that adapts to your changing production needs. Easily change out guide parts, star wheel assemblies and dead plates to accommodate different can diameters and heights​
• Rely on safe, trouble-free operation. Arrowhead can stackers feature torque overload jam sensor protection, safety interlock guard door access and
  optional electric clutch and brake drive operation​
