Laydown Headspace Sterilizer

Capable of running faster speeds and longer sterilization times than the vertical design​

Arrowhead Conveyor’s Lay-down Headspace Sterilizer allows you to gently sterilize​ your hot-filled cans and bottles with ease. It includes continuous running conveyor​ chains that rotate your product at an angle. The rotating chain gently tilts the hot-filled​ container, so the heated liquid completely covers the inside of the closure.​ The product remains tilted until the hot liquid has enough time to sterilize and seal the​ closure area. Chains return the container to an upright position with ease once your​ product is completely sterilized.​
